RECKER

Garrett is a creative and diligent filmmaker who thrives in the collaborative film space. His skills in leadership, communication and organization ensure that all projects—both independent and commercial work are seen through to the end with the highest possible production quality. His talent in cinematography has earned him freelance work with credible institutions like Kent State Univeristy and Northwest Art Song and his narrative work has been recognized in film festivals in Oregon, New York, and London. He will graduate from Portland State Univieristy with a Bachlores of Arts in the Winter of 2021.
